2016-Sponsor3-WasteManagement

Waste Management is the proud sponsor of 2016 Mendocino Film Festival selection Trash Dance, which puts sanitation workers in the spotlight and illuminates a profession both essential and overlooked in our society. Waste Management will have one of its trucks present, and District Operations Manager Steve Shamblin will participate in a panel with filmmaker Andrew Garrison after the film.

Serving more than 21 million customers, Waste Management partners with communities to manage and reduce waste from collection to disposal while recovering valuable resources and creating clean, renewable energy. With an emphasis on disposing of waste through environmentally friendly methods, Waste Management is a leader in the industry, committed to helping communities and organizations achieve their green goals. Waste Management is also a renewable energy provider, supplying enough energy to power nearly 500,000 homes.
