So You Want to Cover the Mendocino Film Festival…
Thank you for your interest in the Mendocino Film Festival! We look forward to welcoming many esteemed members of the media as we present award-winning film in an unforgettable destination.

If you would like to attend the Thirteenth Annual Mendocino Film Festival, please include the following information in your application:
- The name of your publication(s) or production(s)
- Your primary medium or media (e.g. Radio, Print, Photo, Internet, Blog, Freelance)
- Whether you have previously covered the Mendocino Film Festival (please provide copies of or links to that coverage where possible)
- Whether you plan to cover a specific event or the Festival in general.
Once your application is approved, your Media welcome kit will be available for pickup at the Festival Box Office during regular hours beginning May 14, at Festival Headquarters beginning June 1, or through prior arrangement.
The Fine Print
Please provide links to or copies of your coverage within a reasonable time period after the Festival. This will enable us to share with our followers while the information remains relevant to our audience.
Accreditation does not guarantee access into films and events. If you would like to cover a specific event or screening, please contact our media team in advance, and where possible, we will add you to the list of assigned reporters to ensure you receive access. We reserve the right to approve or deny accreditation. Media credentials are non-transferable. Credentials may be revoked if guidelines are not adhered to.
