Encore Screening of JOURNEY TO HOKUSAI

The first two screenings have sold out so we’ve added a third screening of JOURNEY TO HOKUSAI. Tom Killion has for almost 50 years successfully created iconic California landscape prints. This film follows Tom’s journey to Japan to finally learn the traditional technique from Kenji Takenaka — a 5th generation printer in Kyoto.

Tickets are on sale now for Sunday, June 5, 1 pm, Mendocino Theatre Company

We had planned to screen Linda Ronstadt: The Sound of My Voice in 2020 before we had to cancel the festival. We couldn’t let it get away. We have added it to the lineup.

Academy-Award Winning Director Freida Lee Mock, who is attending the festival with her new film
The Choir and Conductor, brings us a screening of her film Anita: Speaking Truth to Power and will talk about its relevancy.
