Part travelogue, part tantalizing documentary, and part culinary adventure, The Turkish Way follows the Roca brothers as they leave their world-famous restaurant, bound for Turkey. Each brother delves into his respective passion: savory dishes, enticing desserts, and evocative wines. Setting out to learn about one of the most mysterious, powerful, and ancient cuisines in the world, they explore Turkey, from Istanbul to the far reaches of Anatolia to the Aegean — and in the process, they discover a group of young Turkish chefs who are poised to revolutionize Turkish cuisine, just as the Roca brothers once did for Spain. Together, the Turkish chefs and their Spanish guests will examine the roots of these delectable culinary creations and join forces to inspire new interpretations of traditional ingredients and flavors.
